Our resident triple-threat dancer, singer and actress. Rocks a stage, whether it’s an actual performance or just taking 30 girls through a fun, themed workout on Bondi Beach. Social butterfly who loves to mix business (training) with pleasure (usually a little red wine).

Owner of BUF Shoalhaven and lover of all things fitness. Always keen to try something new, she can be found riding her bike, in the pool, on a Stand up paddle board or relaxing her muscles with a massage! Passionate about helping women achieve their health and fitness goals and guilty of sneaking burpees in wherever possible! Owns a wardrobe full of lycra workout gear!

Owner of BUF Manly and BUF’s resident yoga teacher. Big fan of skipping and for some reason burpees. Chai addict - can be found in cafes when not at training. Loves to rock a side ponytail.
