40 Day Challenge

The most important aspect of being fit and healthy is consistency, so to keep us on track during the cooler months we like to set a little challenge, BUF style! The challenge is simple, the more you train the more chance you have to win some kick-ass prizes...

Here’s how it works

• Once you register for the challenge, you’ll receive your very own 40 Day Challenge “stamp book” (wallet friendly), which we’ve had specially made for you to collect as many stamps as possible.
• Your trainers will stamp your books each time you show up to training and there are certain, secret conditions that apply. For example, if you wake up one morning and it’s raining, think twice before you hit that snooze button, as attendance to that particular session may just be worth more stamps than usual!
• Away for part of the program? Most people will be at some point – just try and score some extra points before and after your getaway.
• Want extra points? If you bring a friend who's not a current BUF member and who signs up for the 40 Day Challenge you'll both start with an extra 7 stamps on your books!
