Happy Valentine’s Day girl!

We’re all for love of allll sorts, from showing some sugar to your sweat sisters, your besties, the love of your life, the fun date you’re in the flirt zone with, and of course your own beautiful body.

Our Valentine’s gift to you this year is some fun new moves you can try with someone you love next time you workout together!

The moves are a little bit tricky, so watch closely before you give them a whirl – we suggest popping them in a 4-station circuit and doing each one for 45 seconds of work, with 15 seconds of rest between each exercise.
