BUF Shoalhaven is Shoalhaven's most popular group training community, just for girls. We’re all about fun, themed workouts that will make sure you look forward to every session! We have sessions in Bomaderry, Harry Sawkins Park, Whitesands Park and Marriott Park. Where do we train?

HARRY SAWKINS PARK, NOWRA

We meet in Harry Sawkins Park on the corner of Graham St and McGrath Avenue, near the toilet block. Look out for the big red flag!

HARRY SAWKINS PARK, NOWRA (RAINY DAYS)

On rainy days we move in the mornings to under the red brick building, opposite the usual meeting spot on McGrath Avenue. In the evenings we move under the Entertainment Centre (see below) and lunch/ Mums classes we move under the shelter by the council building off Graham Street, under the stage area or Indoors at Marriott Park (see below).

HARRY SAWKINS PARK, NOWRA (MUMS)

BUF Mums at 9.30am train near the kids playground, further down McGrath Avenue, look for the big red flag!

MARRIOTT PARK, NOWRA

In Winter (and some rainy days) we have selected sessions indoors at Marriott Park, in the Guide Hall accessed off Douglas Street in Nowra. Its a big hall with plenty of space, toilets and somewhere to fill your drink bottles.

On rainy days we move BUF Mums indoors at Marriott Park, in the Guide Hall accessed off Douglas Street in Nowra. Its a big hall with plenty of space, toilets and somewhere to fill your drink bottles.

ARTIE SMITH OVAL, BOMADERRY

We meet near the Bomaderry Tigers sign, under the awning or on the grass. Look out for our red BUF Flag!

SHOALHAVEN ENTERTAINMENT CENTRE, NOWRA

Meet us outside the front of the Entertainment Centre in Nowra for our evening sessions. There is a place to stay dry under the awning for those rainy evenings and plenty of light!

WHITE SANDS PARK, HUSKISSON

On Tuesday and Thursday lunchtimes we meet in White Sands Park by the Spider Park (kids play equipment). Look out for the BUF Red flag! For Rainy days at Huskisson we meet under the cover at the Footy Oval, opposite the Police Station.

What kind of training do we do?

  • BOXING

    Get your punch on with our fitness boosting boxing classes - one of the funnest ways to get your cardio fix while toning the upper body, defining your abs and boosting cardio fitness. There are different sessions focusing on technique, cardio conditioning and HIIT training - Boxing Tabata sessions are a favourite!

  • CIRCUITS

    Our circuits are full-body, fat-blasting sessions that blend cardio, plyometrics, free weights and interval training with a serious dose of fun. Each workout is themed, from Hollywood Hot Bods to Beyonce’s Booty Maker, and we shake up the moves and structure every week to keep your body guessing and the results coming.

  • STRENGTH & TONING

    Our strength & toning workouts are cardio / running free and slower in pace. You’ll work through compound and functional movement patterns specifically designed to shape the female body. Think slower, controlled movements for maximum metabolic disturbance, lean muscle, increased tone and strength gains.

  • HIIT CARDIO

    HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training and is an incredibly effective way to workout. You’ll work hard for short bursts of time, using a series of cardio and plyometric moves that will skyrocket heart rate, then recover your breath before going again. This kind of training fast-tracks fitness gains and blasts fat fast.

  • BUF MUMS

    Join a beautiful, supportive community of like-minded Mums in a non-intimidating and seriously effective class to help you get your confidence back after baby. Tone up and slim down in the great outdoors! We have babysitters to watch your little ones while you do it, introducing them to an active lifestyle right from the start! Find out more

  • PERSONAL TRAINING

    This is perfect for those who need a little extra attention to skyrocket fitness, work on technique, or hit a specific fitness or body goal. All our trainers are experienced, well educated and caring women who specialise in getting the most out of the female body. Find out more
