OK we got the memo – you all want to know what to expect at our July 30th entertrainment event and you need a little ammo to convince your nervous gal pals to come with you! So here you have it, your very own sneak peek…

First up, there are lots of fun extras in this session, like a show-stopping warm-up, blissed out cool down and lots of fun mini challenges sprinkled throughout, but we’ve broken the main part of the workout into four big chunks, each led by one of the head BUF Girls and matched to its own music style.

Here’s how it’s all going to roll on the day and we promise, even if you have zero fitness experience, this is totally going to rock your world!

Set #1

Cassey Miller

Trainer: Cassey Miller, aka The Smiling Assassin
Which Spice Girl would you be: Baby meets Posh
My training style: Girly, sexy, mashed-up moves
What to expect from my section: A full-body circuit that’s all about girl power and BUF-ifying your regular workout moves!

Alicia Beveridge

My training style: Rope in your buddy and push each other to the limit
What to expect from my section: A Kardashian sister inspired fitness face-off and a bit of cheeky fun

Libby Babet

Trainer: Libby Babet aka Athletic Energiser Bunny
Which Spice Girl would you be: Sporty all the way
My training style: Fast-paced fun and A-Game action
What to expect from my section: You’ll kick things off with a Britney & will.i.am nightclub shakedown, then coax out your inner athlete – I know she’s in there!
The move you’ll love most: Gold Medal Burpees
Tunes sneak peek: Classic old-school club beats (helloooo 90s!), like
How you’ll feel at the end of my set: Athletic and on a serious endorphin high!

Sian Johnson

Trainer: Sian Johnson, aka Stage Siren
Which Spice Girl would you be: Ginger with a generous sprinkle of Sporty
My training style: Fitness meets dance
What to expect from my section: A fun workout matched to mega tunes. Expect booty pops, squats to the beat and a little hip shaking. Just a teeny bit though – even dance-phobes will be comfortable, promise!
The move you’ll love most: Old School Running (Wo)Man

How you’ll feel at the end of my set: Buzzing, giggling & full of good vibes
