    If you’ve started with our Foundation program BUF Body (recommended), you’ll have a good base of knowledge about the right kind of nutrition needed to get the most out of all your hard work. Fit and Fierce includes basic sports nutrition guidance to supercharge performance and recovery, plus pre and post workout tips.
