OUR STUDIO AT 204 BONDI ROAD, BONDI
Directly opposite Kemeny's! There's usually plenty of street parking but if you're stuck there's parking available 8am to 10pm at the very well hidden Council Cark Park at the end of Wellington Place.
OUTDOOR ON BONDI BEACH (SAND)
Beach sessions are on the sand 100m South of the Surf Guard Tower.
OUTDOOR ON BONDI BEACH (GRASS)
Grass sessions are on the lawn 100m South of the Surf Guard Tower behind the car park.

45 min of various intensity. Music: Chill house, pop and upbeat house
The perfect mix of Pilates inspired abs, waist and booty toning work, and dance inspired cardio (we keep it simple and athletic, zero dance experience required!). Set to the beat, so you really lose yourself in the music and the endorphins flow freely!
30 min of high intensity. Music: House and pop remixes
Bring out your inner cardio queen with this dance inspired (no coordination required!) sweat session designed to increase your cardio fitness and lean out your bod, all while having a whole lot of fun! And then there's the euphoria that hits when the beat drops...
30 min of low impact. Music: R’n’B & Hip Hop
This low-impact resistance circuit is the only workout in our studio not set to the beat, so you can really slow things down. Build better quality muscle tissue, improve your strength and skyrocket your metabolism. All the gainz in only half an hour... yes please!

A full body strength-endurance workout designed to help strengthen and shape your beautiful, feminine body, all while improving posture and technique. You'll sweat up a storm using a range of dumbbell and resistance band weights. Friendly for all fitness levels!
