Today, Cass meets super sexy Bachie star, Sam Wood and gets her butt (and biceps) whipped in a bodyweight session down at Bondi Beach.

Sam’s 28-Minute Workout
Start with a 5-minute jog or skip to warm up, with a little dynamic stretching thrown in, then do this…
45 sec: Lunge Jumps
15 sec: Rest
45 sec: Squats
15 sec: Rest
45 sec: Elevated Push-Ups
15 sec: Rest
45 sec: Assisted Tricep Dips (swap partners halfway or each new round)
15 sec: Rest
45 sec: Chin-Ups or any choice of row movement (Plank Row, Supergirls)
15 sec: Rest
Repeat: entire circuit another 3 times through without resting!
Finish with: a 3-minute stretch
