Leash VS Libby: The BUF Body Face-Off

What happens when the sun comes out and the two trainers from our foundation BUF Body program decide to have it out in a move-versus-move workout? Check it all out in this video, give the session a go, then rate Leash and Libby’s moves! Whose reps did you like best? 😉

How to do this workout:

  • Work for one minute on each section below (e.g. burpees, cardio), spending half the time (30 seconds) on Leash’s move, the other half on Libby’s.
  • At the end of the minute, take a further 30 seconds to catch your breath, then move on to the next section.
  • Go through the full list 3-4 times for an 18 to 24-minute workout.
  • By the end, you’ll know which were your favourite, stand-out moves!

Hint: you don’t need a basketball court for this workout – improvise with whatever outdoor space you have.

Burpees
Leash: burpee up-&-backs
Libby: burpee jump-&-reach

Squats
Leash: lateral squat jumps
Libby: 180-degree walking squats

Cardio
Leash: multi-direction square sprints
Libby: traveling lateral skater leaps

Core
Leash: hand-tap plank to Brazilian crunch
Libby: elbow rested, angled extensions
