Next week is SPRING! Can you believe it girls? This coming Monday not only marks the start of warmer weather, it’s also time to launch a fresh month of workout programming at our Bondi studio, and we’re celebrating by bringing you a 5 minute abs workout from one of our favourite August sessions. Even if you don’t live close enough to train with us, you can still strengthen that core and kick-off your spring fitness comeback with us from afar!

We love training our core as it has so many awesome benefits such as helping with balance and stability, improving posture and correct exercise form and, of-course, toning our abs!

All you have to do is press play on this week’s video and follow along for a 5-minute, do-anywhere abs workout, which is an extract from the August BUF G.I.R.L.S workout in our studio – it’s a burner that’s for sure, so get ready to work 😉

  • Straight Leg Sit Ups
