What You’ll Need

  • 400g (or more!) dry roasted or activated nuts of your choice (e.g. almonds, cashews)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon cacao, cinnamon, or maple syrup, or all three! (all optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds (also optional)

What You’ll Do

  1. Place the nuts in a blender or food processor and whiz on high until they attain the consistency of butter (or a little less smooth if you like serious chunks!)
  2. Add the coconut oil, then add any flavour combos you like of the chia seeds, cacao, cinnamon, maple, or sea salt!
  3. Blend until combined

BUF Girls fave combos

We love cinnamon and maple, or chia and cacao combos, although sometimes we just add THE LOT! It’s all so good together 😉 Feel free to get creative too! Coconut flakes, hemp seeds, or honey can also be YUM!
