Why is it good?
There are SO many protein powders on the market and while some of them are great, most of them are packed with artificial flavours, synthetic vitamins, sugar, artificial sweeteners, or low quality ingredients. All you really want to see in the mix is the plain protein and maybe a few natural ingredients to create flavour, like vanilla, dried coconut, or cacao. If the blend contains a healthy, natural sweetener like stevia or xylitol, that’s ok too. You definitely want to avoid thickeners and fillers, which will make it much harder for your body to digest any of the good stuff. We believe if you’re consuming protein powders regularly, vegan options are the best as they’re plant-based and usually easier to digest.

How to use it
