Being a BUF Girl isn’t about competition, body image or comparison. It’s not about being the fittest, the skinniest or the prettiest. It’s about friendship and community. It’s about healthy bodies AND healthy minds. It’s about inspiring, supporting and celebrating each other as the beautiful women we all are, in our own unique ways. It’s about forgetting about working out to chase a shallow ideal of beauty, and training because of how it makes us feel – happy, healthy, balanced, alert, calm, centred, strong, powerful, beautiful, unstoppable, fearless… it’s about training for the love of it.

BUF Girls is founded by Libby Babet (@libbybabet), author of Totally BUF and one of Australia’s top health and fitness influencers. Libby is also a trainer for Channel TEN’s “The Biggest Loser: Transformed”, the founder of athletic performance studio AGOGA, co-founder of Chief Bar and This Natural Life, and the resident PT for Women’s Fitness Magazine.

    Best book ever. I have bought so many health and fitness books and this by far is written the best. So inspiring and have tried so many of the recipes. Super easy and so much to play around with. Well done girls 👌

    Best book ever! So many amazing recipes and so much good information that sticks with you and is not to much to take in and not overwhelming like a lot of other books. These girls have put so much hard work into this book and are the most inspiring and motivating girls I’ve come across. Great job girls killing it as always! xx

    My sister bought me this book for my birthday. I love it! Great layout, lots of yummy recipes and education to help with your goals. Focusing on one habit or intention each week makes change achievable. Such a great book!

    I can not put this book down… I feel like I Know these girls already and I’m just getting started. Great book and very well written so you can absorb ever inspiring piece of info they have to give you. Take my word for it, it is well worth every cent and just up to you how much you take from it!
